The La Ceiba River Site Feeding Kitchen is in the heart of one of the roughest neighborhoods in the area. Poverty takes its toll here. Just one drive through this neighborhood and you’ll understand the dire situation. The parents here struggle to keep food on the table for their families. Survival is a day to day struggle for many who live here. Our feeding kitchen is a last resort for many of the children here. Currently Cruzadas is feeding the children once a week before they go to school to help provide basic food and nourishment for these hungry little ones.
