When we came from the islands and found the children at the dump in La Ceiba were eating from the garbage, we were shocked. We decided to move into the area to share the love of God and food with a broken and hungry community. After we opened our feeding kitchen we brought in a Pastor and he started making disciples. Since 1964, we have grown to over 200 churches, spreading across seven departments in our country. From the jungles to the mountains, from the coastlines to the inner city slums, we are there where the people need us. Many of the churches are in need. Some are in the process of being built, but these churches are more than just buildings. They are the people of Honduras. The Heartbeat of Cruzadas. These churches bring hope and love to impoverished communities that need to hear the “Good News”.
